IIR is a new type of resort in Korea. Integrating Life style, entertainment and leisure activities in one large venue. Strategically located at the Incheon international Airport the Resort will be an attractor creating excitement and interest throughout the entire Asian region. The project consists of three different Hotels one Arena and Casino, combined with a large Retail section and a water dome with spa areas.da-Collective provided the architectural design and coordinated facade design options with the executive architect and consultants and the ownership. In addition da-Collective provided the BIM modeling and content creation for the entire project.  Centerpieces of the project is the arena, the bold contrasting colors of the metal facade panels dynamically placed at the exterior envelope, create an illusion of infinity. The slender glazing slots stretch horizontally around the envelope and further emphasize the linear infinity loop of the facade.
