A 4-Story, mixed-use, affordable housing project, La Veranda brings it's amicable design into the cultural HUB of Boyle Heights. Da-Collective provided Architectural consultation for the non-profit, 'Abode Communities', from Schematic Design Development, to Construction Administration.  Providing 77 modest family units, and 8,000 SF of Commercial retail, La Veranda expands on the growing development of Boyle Heights, incorporating contemporary design into a city that cherishes it's historical roots.
