Affordable Senior Housing, split between two neighboring developments, placed in the heart of a revitalization of West Adams. Adams Terrace I and II, provides a combined total of 86 studio and one-bedroom apartments, with central courtyards and rooftop decks for it's residents. Developed by the non-profit, Abode Communities, Da-Collective provided consultation during Design Development all the way through to Construction Administration.
